Who gets Receipt number from USCIS

Hello,

I'm wondering who recieves reciept number from USCIS, i.e. lawyer, employer, physician?

Also, who gets DOS approval letter?

Does DOS issues any letter? If they do, I guess it goes to the lawyer because I signed G28????

I suppose then the approval letter from USCIS will come to my address NOT to lawyer, correct?

Hi dos letter goes tp you and to the lawyer but uscis deals only with you and you have to contact your lawyer tell him the news.
