Who gets 2nd FP Notice - Applicant or Lawyer?

I might be getting a 2nd FP since it is expiring soon. Unless I get approved ( based on the assumption that they are touching cases whose FP is expiring). I am a April RD so I am not raising my hopes on this too much.

Anybody who got 2nd FP's - let me know.

The problem is I am moving and I do not want the 2nd FP letter to be hanging in my old address.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Thanks

Does BCIS get returned undeliverable mail?

Even if your Lawyer gets Second FP Notice, will BCIS get back the Courtesy Copy that was not delivered by US Mail since you changed address without informing them. Can that affect the processing?

Will asking US Mail to forward mail help?

A friend just moved to Florida without informing BCIS and forwards his mail to my home.

Just curious, thanks.

My lawyer didn't get a copy. They were very surprised that when I received mine asked me to scan it and forward it to them so they have a record about it.

Re:

Most of the BCIS mails, come with the instruction "Don't forward" to the PO. So, the PO will not forward by default.

But, there have been exceptions to this.

Generally, its a bad idea to not inform BCIS about address change. If you change employer, it might be okay not to send AC21, but definitely one should submit AR11 and call BCIS to inform about the address change. Its a costly risk to take and a stupid one too.
