Anybody on this forum who did not register in NSEERS because of last entry on Advance Parole? Anybody who got RFE'd/case transferred/approved?
Houston485, I read about your case. I doubt that ur transfer is due to not registering. I am in the same boat. I didn't register because of my last entry on AP (all the lawyers I have spoken to say that I didn't need to). I got RFE'd for that and some other stuff from Officer 16. Still waiting on an action after they received the reply on Feb. 06, 2004.
