Dear all:

Can anyone come out a logical reason why the L.C. is processd so slow in D.C.?? :mad:

I have got stuck with it for almost three years, and except a receipt of notice, they either reject or approval---well, in fact, there are still 18 days ahead for my case, but seems take forever to wait,:eek:

Do I have any other option??? I believe my lawyer process my case with sth called...couldn't recall the name but that's the so called "fast-format", but it turns out no difference in D.C.


I appreciate any information from any of you guys!

As far as I know, DC is the WORST of all SESAs. You could have better luck filing from VA or MD or any other faster state. Does your employer have offices in other states? If yes, you can consider other possibilities (LC from another State). If not, you will need to wait for PERM to be implemented in Oct 2004. PERM program can approve LC in 21 days. It is an automated system.
