Hi everyone, I am very happy to find out this helpful forum. I have a question in e-filing i-907 for i-140.
1. In part 1, what is the difference between petitioner and applicant? for DIYed 140, which is correct selection?
2. In part 2, I input both petitioner/applicant and beneficiary with my name, but there comes out a warning suggesting not to select both, what did you do for this?
I think there are many others have the same questions but I have not found a conclusive answer. Those who did it sucsessfully, please advise.
