i have few question regarding sponsoring

1. a green card holder can he sponsor his son and daughter age over 21, father, brother

2. a us citizen sponsor his brother, daughter married with 2 children and her husband, his wife(still a green card holder) brother and mother.

3. how many months or years does it take to process for family green card for us citizens

4. if a us citizens wants to bring his daughter and her husband age 30 and 35 and their children age 5 and 8. is it possible to bring her whole family how many years does this process take. also how much $ for these 4 just filing fee.
