Can you send a response to RFE or it MUST be only sent by your lawyer?
Also do you need the Original Cover Letter of RFE to respond to RFE? because USCIS asks for that to be enclosed specifically when responding to RFE?
you can do it by yourself but you need the original RFE letter and the envelope they use them to track you response back to your file donot sent any docs with out them
