cut-off number for AF is 12,500 in November, you interviews could be in Dec/Jan.

If you have enough funds you don't need any sponsor.

hi Tazmania, thanks for your reply.i'm very grateful. would like to seek you advise on a few questions.first of all my child lives in ghana with her mum. i am actually married to someone else.the reason she's there. i included her in my initial dv application. i wasn't married then. so after the first letter i sent our married cert alongside the forms.

i have a sponsor and will move to the states before my child and wife joins me. is it ideal to say my sponsors will fill the i 134 for me alone? and partially sponsoring me ? he's gotten a jod waiting for me in the states and promises that will sought me out a soon as possible. is that convincing enough for the CP ?

I dont think that's possible. If your sponsor has not enough funds, you need to find a second.

You need to show that you have money (or combination money + other assets) that covering you, your spouse, and EACH child.

example:
you = $100
spouse = $ 100
2 children = $ 50 each

Total fund = 100 + 100 + 2 x 50
Total fund = 300
