hello all,
apart fromthe employer i mean the hospitals , virtue of marriage to US citizen , what are other ways of applying for the green card for a img who's on h1b.
1) can a relative(cousin first) already on GC sponsor a green card?
2)can a relative (distant) who's a us citizen sponsor
3) can we apply green card by marrying a green card holder

are there otherpossible options as well
and what are the chances in each individual case i mean the duration taken for processing in each case

Marring a US citizen is the fastest way to get the GC. You can also get it through DV, Political Asylum, and work.

how much tyme is normally taken to process eb2 and eb3 work GC.
i'm a doctor and would try the hospital to sponsor GC...
