Hello to everyone.

This photo background was changed to white via adobe photoshop. What do u think will consular refuse my visa for that? Thank u in advance.
 
You will be fine and you will get the visa. I know many people who got their visas with photoshopped backgrounds. In fact no question was ever asked regarding the photo

I'd be more worried that the photo manipulation detection software would eliminate your case (see here for more info; I can't vouch for the accuracy of it but it's plausible). If you actually won, then clearly this didn't happen and it's only human judgement from this point on. So I would guess that you'll get away with it. That said, if you just posted an actual pic of yourself with an admission that you broke the rules, on a public website, you're not exactly helping your situation.
