While we wait for approval

While we anxiously wait for approval lets discuss the difference in work environment in India and USA.
Please also post discrimination faced at work (If any) here.
One major difference I notice is that we need to be more aggressive here in USA.

IMHO,

there is lot of discrimination for immigrants in USA atleast in my comp. Infact my manager is not discouraging it. Nowadays my collegues start making fun of body shopping, language skills etc etc openly.........

They try to polarize people.
