While Entering ON AP

Bhaiyo,

My status is I-485 pending and I am working as a hourly employee with ZZ.I went to India two years ago and came back on 7 year ext. Now I am using my EAD to work for almost 1 year.

My question is :

When I came back two years ago I was out of assignment for 2 months, so I didn't get paid for that duration, now I am visiting india again and I will be enterning on AP. Any problems which you might guess I may face while entering on AP ?

At port of entry they dont ask fo rpay check or anything.. all they look for is valid documentation in this case AP. So good luck have fun..

Note: Be prepared to stay on the longer line for secondary check if u r planning on using AP..atleast thats what my experience in charlotte
