while 485 filing pay was $$ phour , on bench pay is close to minimal LCA pay, any problem ?

Im getting pay check for = minimal LCA pay , but on the forms it is more (while filing 485 )
Does INS care if I get low pay( but >= LCA amount ) ?
as long as I get paid its fine with INS right ?
