which way is faster to get EAD

Hi, there,

I am gonna to apply EAD for my wife, we need EAD
ASAP so that she can work in a new position ( currently she is on H4).

1. apply with VSC for I-485, after getting I-485 receipt, apply with local INS office ( Newark, NJ) for I-765 and make an
appointment to interview, get EAD.
OR
2. apply with VSC for I-485 and I-765 concurrently, wait for the approval of I-765 (EAD)from VSC, get EAD.

Does anybody has some experience and tell me which way is faster.

Second option would be better, and faster.

2nd Option

2nd option is the best...

VSC is nowadays issuing EAD withinn 2-3 weeks...
I got mine in 2.5 weeks....

VSC is very very fast....for EAD now a days...try that..
