Which USPS service to use? for 485/130 etc

My 485/130/765/131/130/864 package is almost ready.

Which USPS service to people use to send this package out to Chicago?

I was looking online and seemed I should use -
Express Mail (next day delivery) with Return Receipt and Signature Confirmation.

Does this sound ok?

Yes ! This sounds good ! Be sure to have the signature confirmation number so you can track your package online.

I use the Priority mail from the United States Postal Service and the Signature confirmation is about $2 more !

All USPS packages which are in standard size envelope and weigh less than 1 lbs go through first class mail which gets delivered within 3 days max. Most of the time, its delived in 2 days and if the mail is addressed in the same state, its delivered the next day. Why waste money by putting it in Express Mail? Just send it regular first class and get signature confirmation. Trust me, it will not change the world if your application is received a day late...just trying to save you a bucks :)
