Hi all
Could someone please advice on whether we should be filing I-864 or I-134? My spouse's I-140 NIW was approved and I-485 was filed concurrently. Now while filing AOS for me and my daughter should my spouse complete I-864 affidavit of support or I-134.

I-134. Your category (even as spouse) will be employment based.
