I had a question for my H1 and LC application, please give me a help if you can.
I had 3 2/1 years work experience (a little related with Accounting and my Bachelor is in Engineering) in a foreign Country before I came to USA and I got my Master in Accounting in 2004. I just started my job this May.
My boss wants to help me to file H1 and LC but under the same title. (H1 first and LC 6 month later). I know the Accountant Title is not easy to get LC, so we may use a different title. He added “master degree is required” in the job description and he can give me a salary raise to match that title. I checked the onetcenter website and found the following titles I might use.
1.Controllers -- Level 1 Wage: $22.91 hour - $47,653 year
2.Accountants -- Level 3 Wage: $24.45 hour - $50,856 year
3.Budget Analysts -- Level 3 Wage: $24.72 hour - $51,418 year
My questions are:
1. Which title is better for LC (EB2) application?
2. Is there any problem for H1 application if job description has “master degree is required”
Very appreciate.
