which south indian consulate is better for H4 visa

Hi

My wife was a tri-valley university victim, and due to which her H4 status was in jeopardy, so now she need to appear H4 visa in south india,

gurus can you suggest which hyderabad/chennai consulate in general is good for a successful H4 visa interview

"Consulate shopping" doesn't work.
They have computers and databases nowadays, in case you didn't know.
ALL consulates know about the TVU fraud by now.
What mindset do you have that you think you can outsmart them???
Have you learned nothing from the TVU case???
Oh, and nobody was a "victim". Everybody knew that TVU was a scam. It was a very open secret.
 
we Indians never learn from our mistakes we always tend to find loop holes. A clear example is above....
once again he is asking which consulate is better?
