Qn1. I have been wondering which size of photo's are needed when we're sending back the Forms to Kentucky. And whats the photo requirements

Qn.2 Can these forms be sent online or its only by post office.

Qn.3 Besides the photos and the forms what other documents are needed sending them back to kentucky.
