which service center?

hi, gurus,

I just got my I-140 approval. I work in Georgia for company A, whose headquarter is in New Jersey. All my H-1B and 140 went through VSC. Two Questions:
1) do I have choice on which center (VSC vs. TSC) I file my I-485?
2) Is VSC processing I-485 faster than TSC?

Any input will be greatly appreciater!

You may have to check with your lawyer. Its likely to be only VSC. Right now, VSC is faster than TSC, but things may change even tomorrow as it happened with CSC.

Thanks, Grudge! Actually, my lawyer said I am better off to go TSC. Because 485 need to go to Service Center where it adjucticate the case of applicant\'s residence state (in my case, it is GA). But I also heard 485 need to go to the same Service Center as 140?? I am confused.
