Which Service center will process my I 140?

Guys,

I am planning to apply for I 140 from PA very shortly. Anyone know which
service center will process my I 140. Is it vermont or nebraska ?? I am confused :confused:
 
First all the I-140 applications goes to Nabrasca from there those will be forwarded to any one of Texas/Vermont...............etc depending upon load..
