Which Service Center to go

Hi, guys:

I just got my I-140 (EB-1) approved in Texas Service Center, but I now live in New York. Should I send I-485 application to Texas Center which approved my I-140, or to Vermont Center that has jurisdiction over the place I live?

I notice that for I-485, Texas Center is much slower that Vermont, any comment?

Thanks in advance.

Please Advice

You can file your I-485 based on your location. You can file in VSC.

I have a question:
I am a resident of NY state. My 1-140 was filed in TSC in May'02. As per my Attorney, my I-485 was supposed to be filed in VSC.

Now my Attorney says that if I want to use concurrent filing of I-485, it has to be applied in TSC. Is this true ?

Also I need a suggestion. Is it better to wait for my I-140 approval and then apply I-485 in VSC or file concurrent I-485 immidiately in TSC. Please Advice.

Thanks in Advance,
Chegireddy
