Which Service Center to file 485?

Hi

I was residing in the CSC area when my I-140 was filed with CP option.

Thereafter, I moved to VSC area.

140 got approved from CSC.

IF I apply for 485 now, do I need to apply at VSC or can I still apply at CSC?
