Which Service Center Should I file 485

All,

My 140 has been approved with original labour(2002 March) filed from a VA based desi consulting company having 120 employees.

My client is a Financial company based in Phoenix AZ and I am here in phoenix since a year. Phoenix address is mentioned in the 140 but filed in Vermont service center and got approved.

Now my question is, SHould I file my 485 from Phoenix AZ which comes under the California Service Center or VA which comes under Vermont Service center. If I file from Virginia i have to fly to Virginia just get the Fingerprints and Bio done.

Usually I-485 is filed where the beneficiary is located. But you can file either at CSC or at VSC. This is allowed because unique nature of consulting jobs.In any case you will get FP at Phoenix AZ it self.
