Hi Guys..,
Here are my details.. Can somebody help me upon this

Labor and I-140 Processed Thru Nebraska Service Center since my employer is based out of Detroit, MI.
Successful CP in New Delhi on Nov. 2nd
DOE : 11/23/2001
POE : Washington DULLES
I currently reside in : Maryland
Local INS office : BALTIMORE

My question is that which service center to call for checking the status of my plastic card. Is it the NSC i.e from where my original GC petition was filed or is it VSC i.e since my POE and my current state of residence (i.e Maryland) falls under VSC or are all the plastic cards mailed from TSC only..
  I have got the A# but is it the case no. also or is the case number different from the A# ?? Please specify ?? If yes, then where to get the case number from ??
 
Call TSC

Call TSC . Their phone number is (214) 381-1423. It is not easy to get through as you are going to hear busy tone. Once, when you get connected you will be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Speak to the TSC official and give him him your A# to find out about the status of plastic card. You will have to request him to issue you a receipt number which usually starts with SRC. With this SRC# you will be able to check the status of the plastic card after hours too by calling the above number. I hope it helps.
