Which Senator Should I Contact

I live in Kansas but my case was filed in Missouri, I am thinking about contacting a Senator since the case has been taking too long to process, should I contact Kansas Senator or Missouri Senator? Should I just email him(her) or write a letter?

Thanks for your advice.

In the same boat as you are. Any one tried the automated fax response after 30 days after official processing times?
