I am currently working in NJ and am in the process of filing for I 140, 485 and EAD (Have labour clearance). In about a month I will be moving from NJ to MN for about 6 months. Can I file my application before leaving to Vermont Service Center? Or should I wait till I move to MN and file my application in Nebraska Service center?
