Quick question, guys, which route should I go with? Should I go to marry my financee in her home country and get her here or should I have her apply for K visa and do AOS here in the US? I am a USC.

The K1 fiancee visa + AOS is likely the best route, depending on what other visa she already has, and whether she is already in the US.

What kind of visa does she have (if any), and is she inside or outside the US?

File for the K1 visa to bring her to the US. That should take about 2-4 months. Then she would marry you in the US within 90 days after entry as allowed by the K1 visa, and then file for AOS.

How long it takes if I marry her there compared to the K1? When you said AOS, is that referring to the conditional green card?

If you marry her there, it's about 6-12 months to get a marriage-based immigrant visa through the consulate.

AOS is not about the conditional green card. It is filing I-485 to complete the green card process in the US. As opposed to completing it through the consulate. After passing the interview and all other documentary checks, she will get a conditional green card whether she pursued AOS or consular processing.

Is K3 the same as immigrant visa? I'm confused. I know K1 is non-immigrant what about K3? I read somewhere that once your fiance comes to America, he/she automatically got the green card mailed to address.
