which order is better to get foreign fiancee's green card

Hi,

I am a green card holder for 10 years now. And planing to apply for citizenship.

My fiancee is visiting me now and soon will be back to other country to continue her research. She has multiple entry visa valid for 1 year.

Now we have 3 things to do:
1) Get married,
2) Apply for US citizenship for myself;
3)Apply US green card/citizenship for her;

We will do the 3 things anyway in relatively short time. Just concern what order is better for us to reunion and get her here faster, and allow her to work faster. (She is a scholar and does not like stay home)

If the priority is to bring her to live in the US faster, use this order:
1) Become a US citizen (3-6 months)
2) Apply for her K1 fiancee visa (3-6 months)
3) She enters the US with the K1 visa and marries you
4) She applies for employment authorization and green card via adjustment of status (3-6 months)

But if the priority is to minimize the time when she's not working:
1) Get married ASAP
2) Become a US citizen (3-6 months)
3) File I-130 to initiate the green card process (3-6 months)
4) Consulate in her country arranges the interview and processes her immigrant visa (3-6 months)
5) She instantly becomes a permanent resident when admitted into the US with the immigrant visa, immediately eligible to work.

The order mat be ,

1. Become a US Citizen within 5 - 6 months
2. Apply for Fiance Visa
3.She enters in K1 Fiance Visa to marry you
4. Get employment & adjustment of status.
