which option to select for infopass

Hi,

I am trying to schedule infopass appt
I see 4 options
1. order from immigration court
2.Case processing appt-(if you received notice to go to local office)
3. EAD Inquiry
4.Case service follow up(need service id from NCSC)

I want to schedule appt to check on my N-400 .
Is option 2 correct for me?

Hi,

In that option they say I should have service id from NCSC but I do not have it. what should I do to get it?
