Which option good for 140

I have 10 years exp. Recently my lc got approved. Iam very new to 140, 1485 etc.

Which option is best for me. How do i analyse it.

My category EB3

1. File 140 and 1485 concurently.

2. Or just file 140

Can you explain advantages and disadvantages.

GO for Concurrent filing

FIle 140 & 485 concurrently ....thats the best option. AT NSC dont even think of filing EB3 140 NON CONCURRENTLY ... it really take longer than EB3 140 CONCURRENT ...plus by concurrent filing you can get EAD,AP and above all you will have advantage of having earlier RD for 485 than waiting for 140 approval and filing 485 after 4-6 months ....
