Friends,
Here I am again in a difficult decision making situation...! Here is company A which has applied my LC thru NSC and it is approved in MAY. And there is company B which has filed my I-140 in 09/2003 at TSC using an substitute labor. At TSC, No processing has begun yet....i,e no RFE,no updates...!
As my 6 yrs on H1 were expiring in MArch,2004 and LC at NSC was not approved by that time , I applied for 7th yr. exten. thru company B. Got exten and Joined them in April.
Now company A is asking me whether I want to continue GC process thru them ? I am totaly Confused. Company A still has some of my salary dues with them and I am not very comfortable doing GC with thru them. But on the other hand I am not very sure how long it would take to get I-140 approved at TSC ? And also it is a substitute labor.
I am not sure I can apply 485 thru both centers ? If that is allowed then I can take a chance with company A.
So, Friends Pl. help me out...! What would be be the better approach ?
Thanks a lot for your help in advance.....!
Thanks,
