Which of the 4 center orders the physical card

My 485/140 etc. processing was done by VSC (Vermont). I did my passport stamping in Dallas (Texas) as i am residing in Dallas now. Which center would order for my physical card? Would anyone know??
I got my 485 approval on 09/19/04

They will send it to the I-485 address unless you have changed your address using the AR-11 form.
