My wife got a job offer and would like to change her status from TD to TN. I wonder whether you guys can share some insight on picking the occupation. Much appreciated.
Her job title is Risk Management Consultant, while the duties are mainly quantitative involving statistical analysis of trading data. My wife's has 3 years' experience in quantitative derivative risk management. Her education background inludes a BS in MIS; MS in Management Science and Engineering and PhD in Operations Management(OR, highly quantitative). I thought Statistician would be closest given her degree and job nature. But I have two concerns. One is that her degree is not officially "Statistics", it's just related to Statistics. Two, CBP may think "Management Consultant" is a better fit since the words are in the job title.
