which local INS may my AC21 case be transferred to?

Hey,
I'm laid off after 180 days of I-485 filing. I get a new job in Rockville Maryland. Can any one tell me which local INS my AC21 may be transferred to? As I know, many AC21 cases are transfered to local INS to have a interview.
