Which local INS center does menlo park belongs to?

I live in Menlo Park and plan to file my I-485. But I am not sure if I will go for FP in the SFO INS office or the San Jose INS office. I heard that SFO is much faster than San Jose. Any ideas?

San Jose ASC is great for FP

my experience with San Jose ASC is great. I got my FP done there and it was quick.
Even if you get FP notice to go to San Francisco you can still go and get it done in San Jose as many of us have done.
