Labor 1 - "Old Employer, Denied"
My labor under RIR that just got denied after 3 years of being in process with my previous employer.
No letter received till now.
Labor 2 - "Present Employer, Sent for reconsideration"
I had applied for my labor(thru' perm) with my existing employer 1 year before my h1 6th year end and that got denied. My Lawyer reapplied for consideration and is 'In Process' currently. The apply date is 1 year old but the reconsideration date is less than a year old than my h1b end date.
Labor 3 - "Present Employer, Labor Approved but less than a year old"
My Lawyer applied for another labor thru' perm and that got approved.
I am ready to apply for I140 thru' Premium processing. So I will most probably have the processed I140 unless it is denied.
But the labor is less than 1 year old.
Confused.
