Which JIT to use after case transfered to local office

There is processing time JIT for local office also. My question is whether that is your I-485 processing time if case transferred from California Service Center or you can still use CSC JIT to contact local office? (Since some people found their cases are actually not in local offices after waiting for a while). Thanks!
