Does anyone know which is the difference between MS+0 exp and MS+ 2 exp....if you quilify for both of them...which one is better to choose....in the EB2 catg.?

One more question: Do you need to send credential equivalency evaluation at PERM stage OR it's only at I-140 Stage?

Thank you in advance.

You don't send the equivalency at Perm stage ONLY at I140 with the file. Perm you will filing electronically and I 140 file will be send on mail. I told that my friend did the evaluation at I140 stage....
:p

Whether a job requires having a MS + 0 or MS + 2 will really depend on what, first of all, your employer says and secondly what the dept. of labor says about its appropriate level of experience / education. You are still kicking around in the EB2 category with those requirements.

hope this helps

oh yeah and get your evaluation done as soon as you can. Its a good idea.

Are you sure that MS+0 is better???? In our case the choice was between USA degree MS+0 OR non-USA MS+4 and the lawyers are doing MS+4. Does this mean that this PERM is completely *%*%%% up?

No its not that messed up, you just are going to have to make sure you have all your docs on hand: equivalencies, letters confirming exp etc for the I-140.

for the I-140.
Sorry I was unclear, I was thinking ahead to the I-140...

Back to the PERM!!! I think you are ok....The only issue with a MS + 4 is thats a high requirement you might want to check to see if thats not too high according to the Dept of Labor.
