which is the correct processing time at NSC? :confused:

Hello Gurus,

I filed at my I-485 (EB3) on Jan 30th 2003 at NSC. I saw the processing times for NSC, it shows they are still processing Feb 01 2002. I have 2 friends who had filed in May 2002 and June 2002 and got their GC's. Can I expect my case to be procssed during end of this year or early next year? or NSC is still processing Feb 01, 2002?

I have used AC21 and notified INS 6 months ago ( ie after joining the new company). Does this going to affect my case in any way?

read the forum-

nsc is processing applications filed betweeen june 2002 and dec 2002 as of this day. the offical time remains feb 2002. this is because the offical date only moves if over 90% of cases filed in that month have been adjudicated.
if you have filed in jan 2003, you are atleast 2-4 months away and probably 3-6. have u had any movement like 2 fp etc. that shuld give u some indication
recently ins has send 2 fp notices to cases filed around sept-dec, indicating those folks should see approvals this year
