Which is harder to get approved?

Folks,

Just have one basic question... Before the question here are my details.. I have filed under EB1-OR category.. i did not file concurrently.. My RD for 485 is May 30th.

So here is the question:

Which is the most difficult to get approved I-140 or I-485... In my case I-140 is approved does that mean that my credential are reviewed by INS officer and they were approved so I485 should go then smoothly..
