Which is faster? Paper-Based or E-filed EAD?

I checked the status for some EAD applications filed in late November at NSC, and found more than half of paper-based applications are approved, but only a few for e-filed applications.

Does this really mean e-filing is actually not a good choice, in terms of processing speed?

Anyone have good experience with e-filing I-765?

I e-filed my EAD on Nov 30 to NSC, and did biometrics next day (Dec 1), and all supporting documents received at NSC on Dec 1 as well. But nothing happened so far, while I saw many paper-based with same receipt date are already approved.

uscis does not adjudicate applications based on wheater its e-filed or paper filed.

For me the electronic filing of applications - which need photographs and other supporting documentation to be filed later - does not make sence. Might as well file everything in one envelope and next day it. Less confusion... but this is just my opinion.

i agree!

Efile in my case

Efile EAD- Not renewal : 12/06/05
Biometrics at ASC : 12/09/05
Reciept Notice recd : 12/13/05
Docs and pic sent to NVC : 12/07/05
EAD Approved : 01/04/06

But still believe that USCIS treats both in the same manner.

Thanks
