I am a USC and my wife's GC petition just got approved. While she is currently here in the US as a student, she anyway plans to visit India for the summer.
- Would it be better for us to do an Adjustment of Status or Consular proc?
- How fast has AOS (i-485) and consular proc(i-824) been moving month to month? Current dates for i-485 in CA are June '04 and i-824 in CA is Sep '04.
- what is the process for consular proc - i-824, medical, scheduling interview with consulate???
