Both are OK

manual or electronic FP depands on the capability of ASC.
More modern bigger ones do Electronic, while smaller ones do manual. Both type are OK.

Some centers who have electronic capability still do some FPs on paper, they randomly select.

Mine was done electronically and was received bt TSC in few days and online msg was also updated.

My wife went same day, her FP was done manually and got rejected and we had to go again. (Luckily I recieved 2 notices for her and I saved the second one and used that)
