I recently changed my employer and address and am eligible to file AC-21. But I have not had time to find a immigration lawyer to represent my case.
I changed my address for my pending I-485 with INS and also sent AR-11 but there was a gap of 2 weeks between when I moved and when I updated my address with INS.
I am suspecting that during those 2 weeks, the INS sent my fingerprinting notice to my old address that did not get forwarded to my new address(my wife got her notice, although I am the primary applicant).
Which form should I fill so that I get a copy of all the communications that my previous lawyer used to get?
1) I guess my question is, can I represent myself in the interim period until I find a lawyer?
2) Is there a way to find out if the INS sent my fingerprinting notice(biometric)?
thanks !
