Which I-94 ???

I have H1-B issued in US (not stamped in passport). I’m planning to travel using AP (cannot go to my country for H1-B stamping). Which I-94 should I surrender when I’m leaving? I have one from 2005 (my last entry to US, valid until 2/2006), and the other when I extended my H1-B (issued 2/2006, valid until 2/2009)
What kind of documents I should have at the POE, when I’m using my AP (working on H1-B)

If you look on your H1b approval notice, it will note that the I94 that comes attached to it replaces the one you already have. In the I94 computer, you are listed with the current (valid) I94, not the expired one.
