Hello Rajiv Ji,

Hope you are doing well and staying safe.

I have a question on my I-94 date validity dates. I am on H1B visa and I have two I-797A approval notices having two I-94 dates, one from my H1B Extn(filed in Sept 2018) and another from my H1B Amendment(filed in Feb 2019) for my current client. I just want to know which one is my actual I-94 dates to consider. Should I consider my H1B Extn's approval notice or H1B Amendment's approval notice.

Please see the below dates (Received Date, Notice Date and I-94 validity Date) in both I-797A approval notices and kindly advise.
Following Dates are in MM/DD/YYYY format.

H1B Extension I-797A:
"Received Date" :
09/19/2018
"Notice Date" :
06/07/2019
"I-94 Valid up to Date" :
01/08/2021

H1B Amendment I-797A:
"Received Date" :02/13/2019
"Notice Date" :
04/12/2019
"I-94 Valid up to Date" :
09/01/2021

Hi Rajiv Ji,
Kindly check the dates of both the Approval notices mentioned above. My H1B Extension had been filed before my H1B Amendment was filed, but my Extension was approved after I got my Amendment approved.
