Which I-140 RD is in effect?

My I-140's RD is Feb. 3, 2006 at VSC. On Apr. 18, 2006, I got an email from TSC that my case was transferred to them. Today I found the current processing date for I-140 EB-2 cases at TSC is Feb. 3, 2006. So, should I expect my application to be reviewed sometime now, or do I need to wait for TSC's I-140 EB-2 processing date to get to Apr.18, 2006?
