Which floor to go to at SF INS for restamping of passport.

Hopefully someone can help me who has had their passport restamped at the San Francisco INS office.

I need to get my passport restamped as I haven\'t received my actual GC yet. Should I be going to the 2nd floor where the initial stamping was done or the first floor where all general inquiries are handled.
