Which SESA report is correct ?

There is a difference of more than one year on the Labor SESA (NON-RIR) processing times posted on two reputable web sites:

(1) Rajiv Khanna's Website has the following dates
http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/sesa.html

July 15 ,2002 Pittsburgh (PA)

Now processing (NON RIR) 5/2002
Now processing (RIR) 5/2002

(2) DOL's offical website has the following dates:
http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp
Pittsburg
Now processing (NON RIR) April 2001
Now processing (RIR) April 2002

Any suggestions, which report is correct.

Thanks,

Dates

Hi Mehra,

No one knows it for sure what dates DOL/SESA ever talks about. For them there seems to be continuum of time and space more real then any of us. For example: CT SESA's dates are shown April 2001 for RIR (and they are maintaining it like ultimate truth for ages on CT web-site.). However the OWS web-site showed it as April 2001 then June 2001 and then April 2002. I guess one of our senior members should throw some light on the working of DOL and SESA.

If you get some clue let us know.
